WVLP 16 session 3
Washita Valley Leadership Program Class 16 met for Rural Health session on November 12, 2009. The class visited Anadarko Physician's Hospital, Fort Cobb Clinic, and Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital. Several speakers presented to the class on various topics including long-term care, the Ombudsman organization, hospice care and estate planning. Also the class toured the facilities at each site. It was a busy and educational day. The next session will be held on December 10 in Hinton on economic development and tourism.
